Decide which areas of your life you would like to create more focus & fullfilment
Step 2 of this exercise will help you to decide which areas of your life you would like to create more balance, focus & happiness. You'll use pencil crayons to color and visually expand that focus.
Set an intention & commitment for each area of your life
Finally, you'll set a specific intention or commitment for each of the areas you plan to add more fullfilment. When life gets blurry, it's time to adjust your focus. And it's our focus that determines our reality.
